Local Content Policy

It is the policy of Hydro Steam Therm Ltd to work in line with Nigeria’s local content act, in achieving this we will engage 90% of our employees as local while 10% will be spread across experts for technical support in our operations.

The main objective is “Do No Harm”

All local employees shall be inducted before any employment or engagement in operations and facility.
Inline with our duty of care, all employees shall be provided with suitable PPE before the start of any work within our facility or with any of our clients [customer service].
All employees shall be issued the organization’s HSE Policy documents
It is responsible to renew our annual registration with the Nigeria local content in line with the regulations.

This concept represents HSTL commitment to provide full participation and to continually improve the local content policy in order to better serve our growing and demanding customer base.
